The two images above
were printed from negatives
belonging to Mr. Will Clode, Rangitiki's Head Baker
until 1950. As no notes were left with the negatives,
we do not know how or when or by whom these
photographs were taken. The image to the right may
be found in several places on the internet; perhaps it
is from NZSCo. memorabilia. Regardless, it would
seem to be the same image as the one immediately above.

evidence as to the origins
of these photographs please contact
