In July 2004 I received an email from Mr. John Baine of Wellington, New Zealand telling me of the celebrations for the 125^th Anniversary  of the founding of the Shipping Company, and the reunion of former company employees to be held in Christchurch, the city where the Company was established and first registered.  Mr. Baine, a former employee of some 17 years at the  company's Wellington office conceived, planned and organised this memorable event.
